About the role
- Develop required software features achieving timely delivery in compliance with performance and quality standards
- Work independently with a broader overview on the project
- Participate in communications with partners and clients when needed
- Understand and follow the release processes in the company
- Participate in requirements analysis, development, unit testing and documentation
- Write quality code to fit unique customer needs and configurations
- Troubleshoot and debug with some guidance from senior team members if needed
- Provide mentoring to junior Software Engineers
- Deliver trainings and participate in knowledge sharing
- Achieve better understanding of the company platform and processes and suggest improvements
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Expertise in Salesforce Flows, Process Builder
- Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Metadata)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security model
- Proficiency in SOQL/SOSL
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce deployment & release management
- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices
- Familiarity with Salesforce managed/unmanaged packages
- Experience in unit testing
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Experience designing modular, reusable components in LWC
- Good knowledge of integration patterns
- Exposure to Salesforce Shield, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or Net Zero Cloud (nice to have)
- Experience with monitoring/debugging tools
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proven experience in mentoring junior developers
