About the role

  • Develop complex web applications and digital platforms using Drupal and the Acquia Digital Experience Platform (DXP).
  • Enable seamless multi-channel strategies and deliver outstanding user experiences across web ecosystems.
  • Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team of designers, consultants, and software engineers to deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and architecture to implementation and deployment.
  • Work closely with large B2B and B2C clients or organizations with a strong digital presence and web affinity.
  • Translate business needs into scalable, maintainable, and high-performing technical solutions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the team and across client projects.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Drupal CMS, experience with the Acquia Digital Experience Platform (DXP) is a plus
  • Understanding of web development best practices for performance, security, and scalability
  • Experience with headless or decoupled Drupal architectures
  • Strong knowledge of current web technologies and experience with standard software frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with Drupal core and contributed modules, custom module development, and theming
  • Familiarity with SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MariaDB), RESTful APIs, GraphQL, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and AJAX
  • Experience with development environments and tools such as Docker, Git, and IDEs like VS Code or PHPStorm
  • Strong personal initiative and a passion for continuous learning
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
  • University or college degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Very good English skills
