About the role
- Develop and deliver people aspects of the business plan for Media, investment management, and Amplifi organizations
- Provide strategic planning and direction and executive coaching
- Act as an important liaison on all HR processes
- Respond to people-related emergencies
- Promote change initiatives and focus on overall organizational effectiveness
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Leader of the entity
- Identify new business strategies and adjust HR strategies accordingly
- Provide a single point of contact around HR processes for leaders
- Help implement appropriate HR programs for talent strategy
Requirements
- 7+ years of prior experience as an HR business partner
- Experience with HR tools and processes
- Experience with HR metrics and analysis
- Knowledge of labor legislation
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
