About the role
- Designing and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud solutions tailored to client goals
- Leading workshops and discovery sessions to understand business needs and translate them into user stories and solution designs
- Advising clients on CRM strategy, data architecture, and process optimisation
- Supporting multi-cloud Salesforce projects and ensuring alignment between business and technology
- Collaborating with development, UX/design, and content teams (onsite and/or offshore)
- Preparing and presenting solution proposals, demos, and documentation
- Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to internal knowledge sharing
- Promoting reusability and scalability of solution components across engagements
- Staying current with Salesforce product releases and industry trends
- Supporting change management and adoption strategies for client teams
Requirements
- Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud implementations
- Salesforce certifications are a strong plus (e.g. Service Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud, Administrator, Platform App Builder)
- Experience in client-facing roles with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and project management tools
- Fluency in French and English
- Experience working in international and cross-functional teams is a plus
- Onsite presence in Geneva is required
