You advise our clients, together with the consulting team, on digital media (primarily Display, Video, Social, Search)
You are responsible for the planning process of digital campaigns (rough and detailed planning) and act as the interface to our operational contacts in Campaign Management
You develop digital media recommendations based on client-specific briefings and create well-founded media plans including digital channels, publishers, websites, and ad formats
In collaboration with colleagues, you define the appropriate digital KPI for the relevant objective
You analyze and interpret reporting with respect to goal achievement and derive relevant insights and learnings
Requirements
You have completed commercial training or hold a degree in media, marketing, or communications.
You bring 2–4 years of experience in digital media planning—ideally at an agency or on the publisher side.
You are highly familiar with digital channels—especially Display, Video, Social, and Search—and know how to leverage their strengths.
Programmatic advertising, DSPs, ad servers, and ad verification tools are part of your daily toolkit.
You confidently manage placement types, buying methods, ad formats, spot lengths, and optimization KPIs—and combine them strategically to plan campaigns along the funnel (Awareness, Consideration, Performance) toward client goals.
Media planning tools such as MDS as well as reporting dashboards and the Office suite are standard for you.
Ideally, you have experience in pitches and campaign management via self-service platforms such as Google Ads or the Meta Business Manager.
You work in a client- and service-oriented manner, think proactively, and bring team spirit.
You communicate confidently in German and English—both written and spoken.
