About the role

  • You advise our clients, together with the consulting team, on digital media (primarily Display, Video, Social, Search)
  • You are responsible for the planning process of digital campaigns (rough and detailed planning) and act as the interface to our operational contacts in Campaign Management
  • You develop digital media recommendations based on client-specific briefings and create well-founded media plans including digital channels, publishers, websites, and ad formats
  • In collaboration with colleagues, you define the appropriate digital KPI for the relevant objective
  • You analyze and interpret reporting with respect to goal achievement and derive relevant insights and learnings

Requirements

  • You have completed commercial training or hold a degree in media, marketing, or communications.
  • You bring 2–4 years of experience in digital media planning—ideally at an agency or on the publisher side.
  • You are highly familiar with digital channels—especially Display, Video, Social, and Search—and know how to leverage their strengths.
  • Programmatic advertising, DSPs, ad servers, and ad verification tools are part of your daily toolkit.
  • You confidently manage placement types, buying methods, ad formats, spot lengths, and optimization KPIs—and combine them strategically to plan campaigns along the funnel (Awareness, Consideration, Performance) toward client goals.
  • Media planning tools such as MDS as well as reporting dashboards and the Office suite are standard for you.
  • Ideally, you have experience in pitches and campaign management via self-service platforms such as Google Ads or the Meta Business Manager.
  • You work in a client- and service-oriented manner, think proactively, and bring team spirit.
  • You communicate confidently in German and English—both written and spoken.
