About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist the team in preparing the monthly payroll
Process payroll for a dedicated group of practices
Update and maintain all employee master data in the HR software (Personio)
Respond to payroll-related inquiries
Support general telephone and written correspondence, e.g., with health insurance providers, insurers, offices and authorities
Manage mandatory reporting and issuance of certificates
Contribute to projects (e.g., process optimization, introduction of benefits, and more)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Successfully completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
Solid professional experience in the described area of responsibility
Experience working with Personio and DATEV (Payroll) is an advantage
Enjoy administrative and office-organizational tasks
Communicative, open-minded and service-oriented
Independent, accountable working style with enthusiasm for team collaboration
Fluent German, at least C1 level
