- Collaborate with Financial Advisement Firms, Non-profit Agencies, Health Care Centers and Small & Midsized Business Owners
- Proactively identify, promote and fulfill hiring needs
- Ensure that the company attracts, hires and retains qualified Candidates while growing a strong talent pipeline
- Comfortable cold calling candidates and C-Suite Executives that are in need of Top Talent
