Requirements
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Valid state licensure as a Family Counselor
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in family counseling
- Strong understanding of family dynamics and systems theory
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Empathy and sensitivity towards clients' emotions
- Ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Strong ethical standards and adherence to confidentiality guidelines
