About the role
- Manage and lead compliance engagements for strategic clients, including corporations, trusts, partnerships and individuals
- Identify and define new tax service opportunities for clients
- Support and oversee implementation of proposed solutions for clients
- Serve as a mentor and coach to tax professionals to help them reach their full potential
- Contribute to firm growth through business development, recruitment and training
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience for a Director role; more than 7 years for a Senior Director role
- CPA designation and a Master’s in Taxation, or completion of the ICCA "In‑Depth Tax Course"
- Critical thinker, dedicated team player, strong attention to detail, curiosity, strong writing skills, and a commitment to delivering an excellent client experience
- Solid technical knowledge with a proactive approach to keeping skills up to date and pursuing professional development
- Bilingual (oral and written)
- Familiarity with relevant software (Microsoft Office Suite, Taxprep, CCH, Taxnet Pro)
