About the role

  • Assess technical feasibility and optimize work methods.
  • Translate the design into an executable on-site approach.
  • Develop and monitor execution plans from procurement to handover.
  • Ensure efficient, safe execution within budget, quality and schedule.
  • Lead the site and steer the construction project effectively.
  • Manage site budget and procurements (in consultation with the purchasing department).
  • Conduct negotiations with the client and subcontractors.

Requirements

  • You are an industrial engineer or civil engineer in construction or electromechanics.
  • You are a natural organizer and team player.
  • You are analytically strong, technically proficient and able to see the bigger picture.
  • You are proactive and decisive with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • You have strong communication skills and excel at coordination and collaboration.
  • You are flexible and adapt quickly in a dynamic project environment.
