About the role
- Advise and support the workforce on QHSE-S matters
- Organize trainings, inductions and toolbox meetings
- Conduct audits and inspections on site and on vessels
- Recommend improvements and follow up on implementation
- Identify and evaluate QHSE-S risks
- Collect data and prepare reports
- Escalate and communicate key QHSE-S issues and initiatives to the QHSE department
Requirements
- You hold a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree
- You’re interested in developing a career in QHSE
- You work in a structured and efficient way
- You’re proactive, a team player, and take initiative
- You speak and write English fluently; other languages are a plus
- You’re willing to work abroad for extended periods (Denmark)
- You have experience with maritime work and working on water
- You have at least 5 years of experience in HSE
