About the role

  • At DELTA, we're all about nurturing your well-being and beyond. We are looking for an enthusiastic Brand Manager to delight our consumers and drive brand growth by planning and executing initiatives that increase market share and grow the category for their assigned category portfolio.
  • Generating compelling consumer insight to develop winning strategies for brands vs. competition
  • Creating marketing plans by identifying the key opportunities (incorporating understanding on consumers, competition and external environment) and developing action plans for the brands in line with business objectives
  • Managing innovation & renovation based on consumer insights, which includes identifying opportunities, product conceptualizing, prepare and implement launch and post evaluation
  • Driving financial, market share, brand targets and manages P&L
  • Analyzing our brand positioning and category performance including competitive benchmarking and consumer insights
  • Measuring and reporting performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
  • Liaising across functions (supply, sales, trade marketing, finance) to ensure successful execution of marketing plans
  • Communicating actionable insights and drive results across multiple teams.
  • Developing and implementing omnichannel communication in cooperation with agency ensuring best in class execution.
  • Acting as an ambassador for assigned brands, both within the company and in the market, and ensuring internal cross-department effective collaboration (marketing- sales- finance- trade marketing).
  • Instigating and participating in creative sessions to develop tactics and assessing best practices.

Requirements

  • Bsc/Master’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration (or University graduate)
  • 3-5 years of experience in Consumer Marketing and/or Category Development (preferably in FMCG)
  • Record of success in building brands based on consumer insights
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
  • Ability to prioritize, cope with complexity and results oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with x-functional teams
  • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
  • Proven stakeholder management skills
  • Strong functional skills
  • Fluency in English
  • PC literacy (MS Office etc)
