About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze existing business processes related to Securities Lending, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders (business users, technical and operational teams) to gather, understand, and document functional and technical requirements.
- Draft detailed functional specifications and precise use cases to guide the development of new features.
- Actively participate in testing and validation phases of the developed solutions, ensuring their compliance with business needs.
- Stay informed about market trends and regulatory changes affecting the securities lending domain, anticipate operational impacts, and adjust processes accordingly.
- Facilitate workshops and coordination meetings to ensure smooth communication between different teams and alignment on project objectives.
- Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and suggest adjustments if necessary to maximize operational efficiency.
- Participate in the Project Manager club, support and manage Delta initiatives around the Project Manager topics.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert to support other colleagues in case of expertise needs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must have at least **5 years of experience** in the Securities Lending domain or similar financial operations (REPO, Securities Finance).
- Strong proficiency in SQL databases, NoSQL (MongoDB) is a plus.
- Familiarity with the 4SIGHT tool is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and synthesis abilities to identify issues and propose solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate user needs and facilitate cross-team collaboration.
- Ability to work autonomously, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and respect for deadlines.
- **Have Master’s degree** in Law, Economics, Finance or equivalent.
- **English and French** speaking are mandatory.
