About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze existing business processes related to Securities Lending, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutions.
Work closely with stakeholders (business users, technical and operational teams) to gather, understand, and document functional and technical requirements.
Draft detailed functional specifications and precise use cases to guide the development of new features.
Actively participate in testing and validation phases of the developed solutions, ensuring their compliance with business needs.
Stay informed about market trends and regulatory changes affecting the securities lending domain, anticipate operational impacts, and adjust processes accordingly.
Facilitate workshops and coordination meetings to ensure smooth communication between different teams and alignment on project objectives.
Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and suggest adjustments if necessary to maximize operational efficiency.
Participate in the Project Manager club, support and manage Delta initiatives around the Project Manager topics.
Act as Subject Matter Expert to support other colleagues in case of expertise needs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must have at least **5 years of experience** in the Securities Lending domain or similar financial operations (REPO, Securities Finance).
Strong proficiency in SQL databases, NoSQL (MongoDB) is a plus.
Familiarity with the 4SIGHT tool is an advantage.
Strong analytical and synthesis abilities to identify issues and propose solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate user needs and facilitate cross-team collaboration.
Ability to work autonomously, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and respect for deadlines.
**Have Master’s degree** in Law, Economics, Finance or equivalent.
**English and French** speaking are mandatory.
