About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the quality and governance of CMDB data.
- Identify and correct inconsistencies, anomalies, and data quality deviations.
- Support business and technical teams in the management of the CMDB.
- Participate in the integration of new applications into the ServiceNow platform.
- Lead workshops, follow-up meetings, and training sessions related to the CMDB.
- Track remediation actions and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with different stakeholders in an Agile environment.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.).
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert to support colleagues.
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow CMDB.
- Strong knowledge of CMDB governance and data quality processes.
- ServiceNow CSA certification (required).
- ServiceNow CIS – Data Foundation certification (advantageous).
- Understanding of CI modeling practices and their lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Analytical mindset, autonomy, and strong team-working abilities.
- Degree in Computer Science, Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Fluency in English and French is required; an additional language is a plus.
