About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan and coordinate application maintenance activities
Ensure the operational availability of solutions
Coordinate technical teams and developers (Level 3 support)
Manage corrective, adaptive and enhancement requests
Participate in deliverable testing (creation and execution of test plans)
Coordinate production deployments
Update mandatory documentation
Ensure data security and integrity
Support the business owner in validating design documents
Provide Level 2 support
Work according to Quapital IT standards and BPM governance (PROMETA)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hold at least a Bachelor's degree (BAC+3) in Computer Science or a related field
Demonstrated experience in application maintenance management
Coordinate Level 3 support teams and oversee technical interventions
Master quality processes and incident and change ticket management
Use JIRA and associated plugins (e.g. XRay) in an operational context
Apply project management methodologies (ideally Quapital or equivalent)
Work on J2EE (IBM WebSphere) or Oracle APEX environments
Work on ERP solutions such as Odoo or BI tools like Qlik Sense
Operate in a public sector environment
Bachelor's degree (BAC+3) minimum in Information Technologies or equivalent field
English and French are mandatory; an additional language is considered an asset.
