About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gather, analyze and formalize the requirements of budgetary and accounting departments;
Participate in the design of new features and in modeling business processes;
Write detailed functional specifications and associated documentation;
Lead change initiatives: collaborate with stakeholders to track development progress;
Prepare and execute functional tests (unit, integration, regression) and validate production deployments;
Provide functional support to users (commitments, payment orders, workflows, approvals, printouts) and resolve complex cases;
Support onboarding of new users and ensure knowledge transfer to the internal team;
Participate in Delta’s development tribe and support and manage Delta’s development initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in SAP functional analysis, ideally in public finance;
Strong knowledge of budgetary and accounting processes, including commitments, payment orders, budgeting, budget execution, control and reporting;
Proven experience in process modeling, writing functional specifications, defining business rules and conducting impact analyses;
Proficiency with SAP modules FI, FM and MM (or equivalents) and experience in functional customizing;
Conduct Fit-Gap analyses to identify deviations from SAP standard and manage validation workflows;
Effective communication with business and technical stakeholders within SAP projects;
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Control or an equivalent field;
Fluency in English and French is required; an additional language is a plus.
