About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze and formalize business requirements
Design appropriate functional solutions
Model processes and flows (UML, BPMN)
Perform data mapping and contribute to data structuring
Participate in system integration work (APIs, middleware...)
Write specifications (BRD, FRD, FSD, user stories...)
Support testing phases (tests, validation, defect management)
Lead business workshops (workshops, JAD sessions)
Ensure overall solution consistency across functions
Participate in Delta’s development tribe.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5 years of experience in functional analysis
Proficient in modeling (UML, BPMN 2.0)
Apply data mapping and use SQL in data modeling contexts
Design and integrate APIs (REST / SOAP) in multi-system environments
Understand and work with modern architectures (microservices, event-driven)
Write comprehensive functional specifications (BRD, FRD, FSD)
Effectively use tools: Jira, Confluence, Postman, modeling tools
Operate in complex environments (ERP, CRM, SaaS, middleware)
Work in Agile contexts (Scrum / SAFe) and/or Waterfall (V-model)
Hold a degree in computer science or a related field
Fluency in English and French required; additional languages are a plus
