About the role

  • Analyze and formalize business requirements
  • Design appropriate functional solutions
  • Model processes and flows (UML, BPMN)
  • Perform data mapping and contribute to data structuring
  • Participate in system integration work (APIs, middleware...)
  • Write specifications (BRD, FRD, FSD, user stories...)
  • Support testing phases (tests, validation, defect management)
  • Lead business workshops (workshops, JAD sessions)
  • Ensure overall solution consistency across functions
  • Participate in Delta’s development tribe.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in functional analysis
  • Proficient in modeling (UML, BPMN 2.0)
  • Apply data mapping and use SQL in data modeling contexts
  • Design and integrate APIs (REST / SOAP) in multi-system environments
  • Understand and work with modern architectures (microservices, event-driven)
  • Write comprehensive functional specifications (BRD, FRD, FSD)
  • Effectively use tools: Jira, Confluence, Postman, modeling tools
  • Operate in complex environments (ERP, CRM, SaaS, middleware)
  • Work in Agile contexts (Scrum / SAFe) and/or Waterfall (V-model)
  • Hold a degree in computer science or a related field
  • Fluency in English and French required; additional languages are a plus
