About the role

  • Our Delta Technologie team is looking for a Senior Salesforce Consultant to support one of our clients, a major player in the fund industry.
  • The assignments entrusted to the Senior Salesforce Consultant will include:
  • Analyzing business needs and facilitating workshops with internal teams.
  • Designing and configuring Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
  • Writing functional specifications and user stories.
  • Configuring the platform (objects, flows, validation rules, automations).
  • Participating in development using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Ensuring Salesforce integration with existing systems (APIs, ESB, ETL…).
  • Defining and executing tests (functional tests, UAT, regression).
  • Managing deployments and configuration (Change Sets, Git, CI/CD).
  • Training and supporting users after go-live.
  • Proposing improvements to optimize processes and the solution's performance.
  • The Senior Salesforce Consultant will also be responsible for participating in Delta’s fund-industry Digital Club. As an operational consultant, the Senior Salesforce Consultant will act as a Subject Matter Expert to support colleagues when specialist expertise is required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem (Flows, Lightning App Builder, Data Loader…).
  • Experience with Apex, SOQL and LWC is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps (Git, CI/CD pipelines, Copado/AutoRabit).
  • Experience in the banking/finance/insurance sectors is a significant plus.
