About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the named CQC Registered Manager, leading the application process and CQC interview.
Develop, review, and implement all policies, procedures, and governance systems to meet CQC regulations.
Prepare for and respond to CQC inspections, implementing action plans from audits and feedback.
Act as Safeguarding Lead, managing incidents, complaints, whistleblowing, and serious concerns.
Oversee clinician registration, supervision, consent, documentation, and patient safety.
Lead the ADHD medication and titration pathway, ensuring NICE guideline compliance.
Conduct ADHD assessments and diagnostic reports.
Once CQC-approved, lead the service operationally while prescribing and titrating ADHD medications.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proficiency in the full ADHD assessment and medication management pathway.
Active registration with a recognised professional body (e.g., GMC, NMC, HCPC).
Proven experience with CQC registration and inspections, providing clinical expertise.
Ability to work independently with a strong focus on quality and integrity.
**Desirable Experience:**
Experience assessing and treating both adults and children with ADHD.
Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager with full awareness of statutory duties.
Leadership experience managing clinical pathways and multidisciplinary teams.
