About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and manage UAT scope and plans for all releases
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Products, Operations, Technology, and Vendor teams
- Design comprehensive test scenarios covering functional, integration, and regression testing
- Support automation adoption and maintenance of test scripts
- Execute UAT cycles and validate end-to-end business processes
- Identify, log, and manage defects through to resolution
- Own UAT governance, reporting, and adherence to testing standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Highly skilled UAT Tester with strong Payments domain expertise
- Strong knowledge in at least one domain: Payments or Liquidity
- Payments knowledge may include ISO 20022 messaging, cross-border and domestic payments, FX/non-FX processing, payment lifecycle, and reconciliation
- Liquidity knowledge may include cash management, sweeps, liquidity optimization, and core banking integration
- Familiarity with testing tools and governance frameworks preferred
- Basic technical understanding of system architecture, APIs, logs, and backend validation preferred
- Strong analytical, debugging, and stakeholder management skills preferred
- Ability to work effectively in complex, multi-vendor, and release-driven environments preferred
