About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate end-to-end training operations before, during, and after programmes
- Manage scheduling, trainers, and face-to-face and virtual logistics
- Ensure smooth programme delivery according to SOPs
- Maintain training records, including attendance, assessments, and feedback
- Prepare training materials and documentation
- Handle certification, reporting, and audit filing
- Ensure SSG/SkillsFuture compliance
- Manage grant submissions and claims
- Support updates to TPGateway, CRM, and LMS systems and audits
- Act as the main contact for participants
- Liaise with internal teams and support client engagements
- Improve processes and SOPs
- Track and report KPIs including attendance, completion, and feedback
- Seek developmental opportunities, build stakeholder relationships, collaborate with teams, and take accountability for results
- Identify disruptive trends and promote improvement opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5 years of experience in training operations, learning administration, or academy management
- Prior experience in an SSG-funded training environment, ATO, PEI, or IHL preferably
- Hands-on experience with SkillsFuture frameworks and compliance processes is an advantage
- Familiarity with SkillsFuture/SSG funding requirements and audit processes
- Familiarity with training management systems including LMS, CRM, and TPGateway
- Knowledge of adult learning operations and programme lifecycle
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience supporting operations for corporate training, public runs, or academic affairs is advantageous
