Key responsibilities & impact

Gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to financial crime, regulatory, or policy initiatives.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements
Support the delivery of large change programmes, managing priorities and deadlines effectively
Coordinate with cross-functional teams across multiple jurisdictions to ensure alignment and successful implementation
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and communication to drive project progress and stakeholder engagement.

What you’ll need

Experienced BA, ideally in financial crime, regulatory or policy focused.
Experience of working on a big change programme or experience delivering to tight deadlines across multiple jurisdictions.
