About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assisting in the development and implementation of restructuring / wind-down / liquidation plans
- Supporting and handling the entire process (realization of assets, settlement of liabilities, handling of claims, etc.)
- Coordinating with stakeholders and dealing with accounting, tax, strategy, valuation, and legal
- Assisting in the sale of illiquid assets (searching for buyers, running M&A process, reviewing SPAs, etc.)
- Collaborating on tailored solutions to address our clients' needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Fluency in English and French
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Dynamic, rigorous, organized and resourceful
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of German is a plus
