Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience within the insurance industry (General Insurance, Life, MGAs or hybrid insurers)
Proven track record of delivering change and transformation initiatives
Experience in areas such as operating model design, process optimisation, or large-scale business change
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
