About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leading and supporting transformation programmes across insurance organisations
- Delivering change initiatives, including operating model redesign, process improvement, and business transformation
- Working across underwriting and functional teams to embed change and improve performance
- Partnering with clients to solve complex challenges and deliver solution-oriented outcomes
- Managing stakeholders and ensuring successful adoption of change initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience within the insurance industry (General Insurance, Life, MGAs or hybrid insurers)
- Proven track record of delivering change and transformation initiatives
- Experience in areas such as operating model design, process optimisation, or large-scale business change
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
