해외 등록 매트릭스를 조정하고 최신 상태로 유지
고객 프로젝트 관련 문서 및 서류를 문제 없이 유지관리
고객, 다른 사내 팀, 감독 당국과 소통
맞춤형 활동 및 상황 KPI 보고서 작성 및 고객에 제공
관리자와 고객에게 활동 진행 상황에 대해 보고
공식 프로젝트 관리 및 전송 도구를 사용하여 다양한 내외부 이해관계자와 소통

Requirements

What you’ll need

학사 또는 석사 학위를 소지한 분
펀드 업계, 특히 펀드 배분 조정, 관련 행정 업무에 대한 관심이 있는 분
영어, 광동어 또는 한국어 를 유창하게 구사하는 분
업무량을 유연하고 효율적으로 조직하며 우선순위를 설정할 수 있는 분
꼼꼼하고 적극적이며 신뢰할 수 있고 스스로에게 엄격한 분
