Key responsibilities & impact

Support end-to-end project delivery, from preparing proposals to designing creative solutions and collaborating with internal experts on people-related challenges.
Contribute to people solutions across HR processes and policies, talent management, change management, and HR information systems.
Help develop and align workforce strategies and HR priorities with clients’ business objectives and enabling technologies (including digital and AI-driven tools).
Use analytical skills to support transformation journeys that reshape organizations, enhance employee experience, improve talent practices, and drive sustainable change.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Have completed a Master's degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering/IT (specialized in HR would be an asset)
Have a prior experience in consulting, either with a first job or an internship
Have a team spirit, analytical and problem-solving skills, creativity, pragmatism, attention to detail, strong interpersonal and communication skills
Have an exposure or strong interest in digital transformation and AI technologies (especially agentic AI and automation in HR)
Are fluent in English and French. German would be considered as an asset.
