Key responsibilities & impact

Sourcing for a wide variety of roles, with a main focus on technology and working to tight deadlines on CV delivery
Working with a number of Recruitment Business Partners to support with interview scheduling, candidate offers and negotiations
Supporting with vetting and onboarding processes and working with candidates to ensure correct documents are being provided to minimise delays
General administration and updates to main trackers/systems
Demonstrate working ability to support RBP with administrative tasks
Daily interactions and communications with candidates

Requirements

What you’ll need

Direct sourcing experience in technology roles, ideally within contingent hiring
Previous recruitment experience (Agency or RPO)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Ability to manage multiple activities and prioritise tasks.
Good communication and a very high level of organisation
Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
