About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support global data privacy strategy for Human Resources function
Enable the implementation of framework and operate data privacy controls effectively
Support HR stakeholders to prepare and review Data Privacy cases for management
Assist in review and approval of Privacy Assessments
Provide support on governance activities and Data Security management
Partner with HR functions to support delivery of PIA and controls
Provide advice on data privacy queries
Lead workshops and training sessions around data privacy

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience working in Data related fields
Ability to influence key stakeholders within HR function
Attention to detail and ability to draw key information from stakeholders
Experience supporting large scale and complex global programmes
Knowledge of risk management in the area of expertise
Proven track record of delivering on time and to a high level of quality
Experience working with Legal, Regulatory Compliance, Data Office, and other Risk Stewards
Proven analytical skills and ability to drive excellence and problem-solving
