About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Configure and optimize Workday modules with expertise across Recruitment, Core HCM, Security, and other modules to meet evolving business requirements
- Provide expert system support including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and day-to-day maintenance of Workday functionality across multiple modules
- Lead requirements gathering and translation with HR and business stakeholders to define functional and technical specifications
- Manage data integrity and security across Workday, ensuring compliance with data protection requirements and organizational policies
- Conduct quality assurance and testing for new Workday features and enhancements, including test script creation and execution
- Support system integrations between Workday and other HR systems or third-party applications to ensure seamless data flow
- Deliver end-user training and documentation to maximize adoption and effective use of Workday across the organization
- Participate in Workday upgrades and maintenance including testing, validation, and optimization of system enhancements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field
- Proficiency in Workday configuration across multiple modules (Core HCM, Recruitment, Compensation, Performance, or similar)
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes including job requisitions, candidate management, and offer workflows
- Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Desirable Workday certification (Recruitment, Core HCM, or other modules)
- Experience with additional Workday modules such as Talent Management, Performance Management, or Payroll
- Familiarity with HRIS best practices and HR technology trends
- Experience supporting production systems and managing organizational change
- Experience with Workday integrations and advanced reporting capabilities
