About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Join the multinational client contracting team of the Deloitte in-house Legal Department
  • Handle a wide range of legal matters, including negotiate large variety of services/ICT agreements
  • Provide strategic legal support across the Firm
  • Contribute to the negotiations and risk assessments of contracts with strategic clients
  • Participate in projects and issue recommendations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Share legal knowledge within the team and coach junior members of the team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a commercial legal counsel, preferably with a focus on ICT/technology-related agreements
  • Proven experience negotiating, drafting, and interpreting a wide range of commercial agreements (both sale and buy-side)
  • Strong understanding of how legal terms and risk allocations translate into commercial, operational, and financial impact for the business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues in a clear and practical manner to non-legal stakeholders
  • Demonstrated sound business judgment, ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and capability to lead and manage a legal team.
