About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the implementation of one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Onboarding, etc…)
Providing business analyses, configurations, testing, training and ensuring knowledge transfer to key users
Helping clients synchronise their human resources priorities with supporting technologies.
Provide consulting and implementation support and set synergy goals within other consulting teams that may interact with SAP technologies
Be part of an international team with multidisciplinary HR Transformation consultants and mentor junior colleagues in their careers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering/IT (specialized in HR would be an asset)
3 to 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors (functional and technical) including at least 2 end-to-end implementations
At least 1 SAP SuccessFactors certification (ideally Employee Central)
Fluent in French and English. German would be considered as an asset
Excellent team spirit, analytical and problem solving skills
