Key responsibilities & impact

Master local regulations shaping UCITS and AIF cross-border distribution worldwide.
Lead maintenance and development of our proprietary regulatory database;
Provide expert interpretation of rules for funds across multiple jurisdictions;
Advise on regulatory changes and their business implications;
Spearhead client projects with end-to-end ownership;
Cultivate and expand key relationships with asset managers while growing our network;
Leverage AI tools to automate, optimize quality, and elevate client satisfaction;
Design innovative service offerings and drive business development to grow our client portfolio.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's degree in Law (required);
Economics or Business Administration as a strong alternative;
3-5+ years in investment funds, ideally regulatory compliance, law firm, or equivalent—mastering EU frameworks (UCITS, AIFMD, PRIIPs, SFDR) and Luxembourg regulations;
Proven track record handling complex projects (e.g., regulatory change implementations);
Demonstrated success in client relationship management and business development
Entrepreneurial mindset: innovative, proactive, results-oriented;
Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills; thrives autonomously under pressure;
Be fluent in English – any other language is an advantage.
