About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with senior leadership to shape and execute sector growth strategies in Financial Services, with a focus on Asset Management industry
  • Identify and prioritize key clients and new business opportunities, tracking performance metrics (revenues, opportunities in pipeline)
  • Drive informed decision-making by preparing executive presentations, coordinating leadership meetings, and producing performance reports that consolidate and track deliverables across teams
  • Design and enhance interactive Power BI dashboards to monitor key business metrics and provide insights for strategic and operational decisions
  • Lead data-driven initiatives for pipeline management, sales performance reporting, and Salesforce CRM deployment, optimizing adoption and efficiency across teams
  • Manage the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels: client events, webinars, social media, articles, web content to boost brand visibility and support service line growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic priorities, overseeing timelines, deliverables, and campaign execution to achieve maximum impact
  • Inspiring colleagues by sharing experiences and knowledge – being an added value for the team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree or a Master’s degree in Economics, Business administration or Marketing
  • Highly organized, rigorous, curious, precise, and able to monitor and track the progress of requests and provide regular status updates
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office tools, in particular (PowerPoint, Excel); knowledge of Salesforce tools would be ideal but not mandatory, very good knowledge of Power BI.
  • Strong learning agility: analytical skills with a pragmatic and hands-on approach, problem solving mindset
  • Affinity with digital marketing and good ideas on how companies can distinguish themselves online
  • Able to work in a fast paced, demanding customer driven atmosphere
  • Team player with a collaborative approach
  • Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication skills – French appreciated.
