About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide proactive support to three Partners by anticipating needs and acting on their behalf, including managing complex calendars, arranging travel and meetings, and performing administrative tasks.
  • Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the team: organize meetings and conferences, distribute mail, arrange travel, prepare business correspondence and timesheets, and manage all administrative duties related to audit engagements, including monitoring internal quality deadlines.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, handling confidential enquiries, building relationships, and enhancing client-facing activities.
  • Conduct research and prepare documents using internal tools and databases, online resources and publications; coordinate informal team events and manage the associated budget.
  • Support ad hoc requests related to Partners’ industry work or internal activities, including internal project coordination (organizing meetings, preparing agendas and slide decks, taking minutes, using planning tools, SharePoint/professional cloud, etc.) and assisting with implementation and follow-up on feedback.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree or Bachelor's in an administrative-related field
  • Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills and a consistently professional approach
  • Demonstrated self-starter with creativity and a strong "can-do" attitude; proactive, highly organized and skilled in time management, adaptable and able to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
  • Strong team spirit while able to work independently; capable of working and communicating effectively with a range of personalities, including senior executives, and maintaining a high level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and a very good command of English and French
