About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with the business to deliver a first-class HR service which is business led and enabled by people to drive our people and purpose ambition
- Manage firm wide programs to deliver our talent agenda for T&T with Centre of Excellence support in areas such as performance management, learning and development, annual reward and recognition, graduate recruitment, experienced hire recruitment, employee engagement, diversity & inclusion initiatives etc
- Reporting and Analytics: provide high-quality, timely reporting and advanced analytics, transforming complex people data into clear, actionable insights that inform decision-making and enable the delivery of key business objectives.
- HR Projects: provide support to the HRBPs with people and talent initiatives and projects as they arise
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in Human Resources with generalist and Business Partnering experience desirable
- Ability to quickly build trust with leaders to influence and challenge and have difficult conversations constructively and confidently
- Confident in building strong relationships with internal client groups and HR colleagues
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, proven ability to analyse and interpret HR data to drive decisions
- Confident in using MS Excel and visual tools such as Power BI and Tableau
- Ability to advise on a range of HR topics including performance management, talent management, employee relations and employee engagement.
- Good knowledge of leading trends in the field of Human Resources, including HRIS and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Demonstrated ability to work on own initiative
- Solid understanding of employee lifecycle processes
