Key responsibilities & impact

Drive end-to-end business testing strategy by ensuring alignment of testing activities with organizational goals
Oversee and monitor the different test types and scopes across programs and projects
Establish and drive a robust governance and reporting framework
Champion business assurance by validating that end-to-end processes meet strategic objectives
Lead cross-functional collaboration between business, technology, and testing teams
Implement Risk and value-driven testing practices
Monitor functional scope rigorously to prevent scope creep
Develop and mentor high-performing test teams
Leverage automation, analytics, and AI in testing
Act as the single point of accountability for overall business testing quality

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience within Fund Industry
Proven track record of managing large, complex projects
Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams
Fluent in English, any other languages are considered as an asset
Fund Industry knowledge and experience is required
Pragmatic, solution oriented and always challenging the status quo
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Proficiency in project management methodology, software and tools
Project management certifications will be considered an asset
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects with ease.
