About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with clients to support the development of structured data management and data governance strategies
- Be curious, research and explore new techniques in data
- Participate in the design and implementation of data management solutions
- Collaborate with the team to secure a transition from strategic phase to delivery
- Keep your functional and technical skills up-to-date and share your knowledge with the broader team
- Communicate the outcomes of your analyses, recommendations, and insights to various audiences
- Support AI&D practice development & eminence in developing offerings
- Lead project teams and perform stakeholder management at all levels
- Perform the role of people leader and coach in mentoring, growing and inspiring our team members
Requirements
What you’ll need- A Master's degree, preferably in Econometrics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Administration, Data Science or Artificial Intelligence
- Minimum 4 years of proven and relevant data management and data governance experience with business applications
- Strong problem solving, analytical, presentation and communication skills
- Proven experience in analytics project management and in customer account management
- Knowledge of and a proven experience with business intelligence tools, data management best practices and data governance frameworks
- Exposure to data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qliksense, etc.)
- Fluency in English
- French, German and/or Luxembourgish will be considered an asset
