Key responsibilities & impact

Work with clients to support the development of structured data management and data governance strategies
Be curious, research and explore new techniques in data
Participate in the design and implementation of data management solutions
Collaborate with the team to secure a transition from strategic phase to delivery
Keep your functional and technical skills up-to-date and share your knowledge with the broader team
Communicate the outcomes of your analyses, recommendations, and insights to various audiences
Support AI&D practice development & eminence in developing offerings
Lead project teams and perform stakeholder management at all levels
Perform the role of people leader and coach in mentoring, growing and inspiring our team members

Requirements

What you’ll need

A Master's degree, preferably in Econometrics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Administration, Data Science or Artificial Intelligence
Minimum 4 years of proven and relevant data management and data governance experience with business applications
Strong problem solving, analytical, presentation and communication skills
Proven experience in analytics project management and in customer account management
Knowledge of and a proven experience with business intelligence tools, data management best practices and data governance frameworks
Exposure to data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qliksense, etc.)
Fluency in English
French, German and/or Luxembourgish will be considered an asset
