About the role
- Advising clients on FATCA/CRS obligations and compliance strategies.
- Managing reporting projects and overseeing due diligence processes, including data analysis and interpretation and validation.
- Designing and reviewing compliance frameworks, conducting risk assessments, and supporting audit responses.
- Preparing technical updates, client communications, and supporting business development activities.
Requirements
- A professional qualification such as Chartered Accountant (ACA), Chartered Tax Adviser (AITI), or equivalent, supported by a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related discipline.
- Significant proven experience in tax advisory or financial services, with significant exposure to FATCA, CRS, or other automatic exchange of information (AEOI) regimes.
- Strong technical knowledge of Irish Revenue and OECD reporting requirements, combined with proven ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience managing client portfolios and leading compliance or advisory projects, with excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Tax technology and/or automation skills and experience is a plus.
