Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from role briefing through to offer and onboarding
Specialise in sourcing and hiring for technical roles (e.g. software engineering, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity)
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top tech talent
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines within the technology space
Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring trends to stakeholders
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Track and report on recruitment metrics and performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a recruiter, talent partner, or recruitment business partner
Strong background in technology/IT recruitment (agency or in-house)
Demonstrated success hiring for technical roles across various levels
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
Strong sourcing capability, including use of LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
Commercially aware with the ability to advise on hiring strategies
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously, communicating progress and updates regularly.
Passionate about delivering a high-quality recruitment experience
Experience working in a fast-paced or scaling organisation
Knowledge of tech market trends and emerging skill sets
