About the role

  • Leading delivery of financial risk and prudential regulation engagements, focusing on SREP readiness, response, and remediation.
  • Providing subject matter expertise on SREP, capital and liquidity risk management, and internal governance to clients.
  • Managing and mentoring junior colleagues to build team capability and expertise.
  • Collaborating with client teams and managing stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Coordinating cross-jurisdictional teams to deliver projects for European financial services clients.
  • Engaging with Deloitte’s wider European and global financial risk network to develop and implement innovative regulatory solutions.
  • Contributing to thought leadership and knowledge sharing on financial risk and prudential regulatory topics.
  • Developing your professional network within the local and European financial services community.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with strong regulatory expertise in SREP, including Recovery and Resolution Planning (RRP), ICAAP, ILAAP, and internal governance frameworks.
  • Proven ability to manage complex regulatory projects with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in aligning regulatory requirements, particularly SREP and RRP, and responding effectively to evolving prudential regulations.
  • Strong capability to explain complex regulatory concepts clearly to diverse audiences and a proactive approach to continuous professional development.
