About the role
- Level 2/3 AMS support for escalated issues
- Perform in-depth production incident troubleshooting
- Identify and perform problem management
- Lead discussions on high-level solution design
- Maintain documentation
- Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Support project teams in delivery of solution applications
- Develop presentation materials and coordinate communications with clients
- Lead/coach Analyst and Consultant level members
- Support business development efforts
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years’ experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC as support team lead/member
- Good knowledge of integration to related modules
- Experience with basic technical debugging
- Certifications in SAP or ITIL, Project Management (PMP, PRINCE, Agile) is advantageous
- Good command of the English language
- Ability to speak/write other languages is a plus (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia/Indonesia, Thai, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese)
- Ability to lead discussions and engage stakeholders
- Pro-active and resourceful
- Flexibility to take on new solutions
