About the role

  • Manage the income tax compliance aspects of a portfolio of private clients, including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and trusts.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for all income tax compliance related matters.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of income tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Review work completed by junior team members, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and impact on our clients’ income tax returns.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, providing training and support as needed.

Requirements

  • Professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CTA) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in reviewing income tax returns and managing a portfolio of income tax compliance clients.
  • Experience in dealing with the income tax compliance aspects of offshore funds, trusts, High Income Earner Restriction and Estates would be beneficial.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for working with high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and trusts.
