About the role

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications for system design.
  • Conduct feasibility analysis to evaluate technical and financial viability of proposed solutions.
  • Develop workflows, data flow diagrams, and process models to represent system processes clearly.
  • Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding.
  • Participate in designing test plans, conducting system tests, and validating solutions against requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot system issues, and propose enhancements or fixes.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of system specifications, changes, and user manuals.
  • Support project teams in developing presentation materials and coordinating communications with clients.
  • Assist project teams in delivery of business-driven, technology-enabled solutions to help clients meet pressing challenges and seize opportunities in their respective markets.
  • Work with diverse and talented project team members to solve problems, improve performance, and generate value for clients across all industries.
  • Uphold the firm’s standards in working with team members and in interactions with clients.
  • Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, presentations and publications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Has 3 - 7 years experience as a system analyst, business analyst, or similar role.
  • Experience in the FSI industry can be a plus.
  • Proven track record of delivering system analysis and requirements documentation.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and system analysis methodologies.
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and process modeling tools (e.g., UML, BPMN, RTM).
  • Familiarity with databases and SQL would be an advantage.
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, etc.).
  • Demonstrated skills in communication (oral, written, presentation), analysis, problem solving and short term and long-term planning
  • An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a pre-requisite to fit to our short-term and long-term project assignment.
