About the role

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide suitable solutions in S/4 HANA Client to Cash process
  • Coordinate with project team stakeholders, business, and SAP functional/technical resources in designing and implementing solutions
  • Create design documents Functional specifications
  • Collaborate with development teams in designing solutions, enhancements and provide functional inputs
  • Test solutions and provide support to business in test cycles
  • Demonstrate knowledge in integrating the SD module with other S/4 HANA modules like FI, PS, MM etc. and interfacing other 3rd party applications
  • Identify improvement opportunities to optimize the organizations Order to Cash Process and enabling technologies end to end
  • Perform problem root cause analysis to implement solutions that prevent problem reoccurrence

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution
  • Experience on at least 1 SAP implementation and support project
  • Experience in SAP S/4 HANA, and Fiori apps
  • Experience with handling Configuration Settings, Transactions, and Reports in SAP SD
  • Experience writing functional specifications for new developments & change requests
  • Experience in Day-to-Day monitoring of tickets and work towards closure
  • Experience in Testing - Test Plan, Test Case Specifications, Test Scenarios etc for functionality testing
  • Able to work as Individual contributor with excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
