About the role

  • Drive the growth of our SAP business in the region
  • Responsible for the creation, sale, and delivery of SAP solutions
  • Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements
  • Advise clients on industry/cross-industry leading practices
  • Design target state SAP solutions for clients
  • Influence clients’ thinking in adopting leading/standard practices while developing target state
  • Analyze application landscape to design interfaces to SAP solution
  • Perform SAP configuration and tests
  • Develop specifications for the development of forms/reports/interfaces
  • Lead the consultant and client teams through the implementation cycle including planning and execution of testing, migration, and cutover
  • Support change management execution by developing training material, delivering training, and supporting users post cutover
  • Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in SAP Technical development.
  • Proven hands-on experience with the ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP).
  • Proven experience in implementing SAP Business Process Automation (BPA) solutions.
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and data model.
  • Strong understanding of various SAP modules and their associated business processes (e.g., FI, CO, PS, TR, MM, PM).
  • Proficiency in ABAP programming, including ABAP Objects, CDS views, and OData services.
  • Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5 development is a plus.
  • Knowledge of debugging tools and performance tuning techniques in ABAP.
  • Familiarity with process mapping and modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN).
  • Experience with RPA tools and methodologies is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
