- Day-to-day responsibility for delivering engagements or major modules of large projects
- Leading the approach and liaising with clients
- Managing two or more consultants and empowering them
- Involving in business development and marketing activities
- Developing diverse, high-performing teams through new development opportunities

Requirements
- Bachelors/MBA degree from a top-tier academic institution
- 8-10 years of relevant business experience with consulting firms
- Experience managing large and complex engagements with teams of consultants
- Experience with project financials and working with client’s senior executives
- Contributing member in projects or engagements on digital topics
- Background or experience in business management, quantitative analysis, and financial analysis
- Knowledge of business strategy, marketing, finance, operations, and data analysis techniques
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Leadership qualities and project management skills
