About the role

  • Work with clients to understand business requirements in the broader context of digital strategy and transformation agenda
  • Collaborate with Analysts, Strategists, UX Designers, Developers and Testers
  • Conduct research, interpret results and make recommendations
  • Create client-ready presentations and prototypes

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant business, economics, design or human psychology discipline
  • Ideally at least 4 years of strategy experience
  • Proven experience with business analysis, research, business/user/customer requirements
  • A blend of both strategic and creative skills
  • Ability to identify new opportunities by analyzing customer pain points and unmet needs, market trends and competitive gaps
