About the role
- Work with clients to understand business requirements in the broader context of digital strategy and transformation agenda
- Collaborate with Analysts, Strategists, UX Designers, Developers and Testers
- Conduct research, interpret results and make recommendations
- Create client-ready presentations and prototypes
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant business, economics, design or human psychology discipline
- Ideally at least 4 years of strategy experience
- Proven experience with business analysis, research, business/user/customer requirements
- A blend of both strategic and creative skills
- Ability to identify new opportunities by analyzing customer pain points and unmet needs, market trends and competitive gaps
