About the role

  • Responsible for functional support in SAP EWM, TM and integration with other applications or mobile devices.
  • Provide user support and training and resolve issues and requests in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with business owner, system architect on System Improvement by gathering business requirements and documentation.
  • Conduct and facilitate system testing to ensure a successful implementation.
  • Monitor operational processes and provide ongoing operational support.
  • Compile and update documentation on system specification, operation procedures, etc.

Requirements

  • A good honors Degree, preferably at postgraduate level, in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT system support especially in SAP EWM, TM.
  • Able to work in US time zone (GMT -5).
  • Demonstrated success in multi-cultural work environment.
  • Sound understanding of business process, industry nuances and leading practices in area of focus.
  • Ability to facilitate effective workshops to lead target state design.
  • Demonstrated excellence in conceiving and executing SAP solution.
  • Broad understanding of SAP design.
  • Appreciation of digital enterprise and emerging technologies.
  • Sound business acumen, teamwork and leadership qualities.
