About the role

  • Provide strategic oversight of the disputes process
  • Drive operational excellence and culture of continuous improvement
  • Analyze end-to-end workflow, reduce cost and rework
  • Serve as primary point of contact for client process SMEs
  • Lead governance routines, resolve escalations and align business requirements with service delivery capabilities
  • Manage critical operational relationships with process SMEs

Requirements

  • 6-8 years in AR disputes/deductions, order-to-cash leadership, finance operations management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale process performance and transformation
  • Deep expertise in process analysis and improvement approaches
  • Strong executive presence and ability to lead governance with client SMEs
  • Strong understanding of financial statement impacts and operational cost drivers
  • Strong understanding of ERP and dispute technology/tooling capabilities
  • Proficiency in English and fluency in additional languages as applicable (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Cantonese, Tagalog, Thai, Vietnamese, Khmer, Bahasa Indonesia) is required
