About the role
- Team player to work on projects for clients in the investment management sector.
- Develop and deliver strategic solutions in areas such as front-to-back office operations, risk management, performance reporting, regulatory change, and transformation.
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
- Deliver on project, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with client goals.
- Identify opportunities for business development and contribute to proposal writing and client pitches.
- Monitor market trends and regulatory developments impacting investment firms.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of intellectual capital (white papers, methodologies, etc.).
Requirements
- A degree from a recognized institution is required.
- Strong leadership experience leading a dynamic Investment Management Advisory team.
- Proven track record of leading complex engagements, managing client relationships, and delivering impactful recommendations.
- Strong analytical abilities, logical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills.
- Initiative-driven and adaptable in dynamic environments.
